Regular Inspections
All roof anchor systems are to be inspected by a competent person once within every twelve (12) month period. This inspection is to check for visual damage or disruptions found within the system, and are to be recorded and available on site for all workers needing to perform any work/visit to roof top areas. Within the report there are specific requirements that are to be met according to the CSA codes.
GRASP’s inspection reports not only clearly outline any issues (or potential issues) with your existing anchoring system, it also provides options for the best way to rectify these issues to ensure compliance with the governing codes and guidelines.
